Stamp TV's CSS Alumni Blog Hop

Hi there...glad to have you stop by...
This month the CSS Alumni were given a color combo challenge brought to us courtesy of Melissa S.!
Thanks Melissa (-:

would love to have these dishes (-:
Now you should have arrived here from the elegant blog of Kay Simmons....if you missed starting at the beginning, pop over to STV and begin the hop from there. You don't want to miss any of the blogs and make sure to leave a comment as you hop along because on Tuesday morning (March 20th) the randomly chosen comment from all the blogs will win a
HUGE GRAB BAG of fabulous Gina K Designs Stamps!

for this hop I used two GKD "oldie but goodie" stamp sets (-:

Layered CAS card

always love anything from Nina Brackett  this is GKD's "Grand Damask" by Nina!

lightly sponged edges with SU's Sage Shadow, center with SU Barely Banana, and image with Memento's Bahama Blue. Cardstock is GKD's Turquoise Sea, Lemon Drop, Creme de Menthe and white. Accents Viva's Pearl Pen - Light Green, stash ribbon and button...

 Framed Pears
went thru awesome sets I have from Asela Hopkins - love love this set...GKD's "Fruitful Harvest" by Asela!
Had designer paper from K & Co (Nature) that matched perfectly, Cardstock is GKD's Turquoise Sea and Lemon Drop. Used CB folder for dry embossing and Spellbinders Ovals Lg and Beaded Ovals. Nostalgia tape from THoltz , stash ribbon and stickles.
Colored pears with
Copics: E35, Y11, YG03, 63, 91, 95
OK, that's it for me...
your next stop is the awesome blog of Melissa Shultz ....
Enjoy the hop and remember to comment (-:
Best of luck to everyone on being the randomly chosen winner!
