Heartfelt Creations Alumni September Hop

Hi there...Welcome to the Heartfelt Creation's Alumni Design Team's monthly blog hop...

If you visited the August hop, you will remember that I am loving Heartfelt's "Christmas Card Collection"! Especially the designer card pack!
This year I truly have so little time, so this set has made it sooooo easy to get my cards done. I make about 150 each year and already I need to order another pack of the designer paper to keep on making my cards. I don't have the time or mojo this year to try and make 150 different cards or even to chose 6 layouts and do 25 of each. With this set, I just need ribbon, stickles, and whatever other embellishment I can grab (-:

Here are 3 - so quick and easy - just cut, glue, and embellish. I mail so many of mine so fancy embellishments that need a special envelope are not getting done this year!

Here is the order of the hop - if you are hopping in order then you should have come from Mary's wonderful blog and then your next stop is over to Debbie's gorgeous blog!!!

Dina
Emilia

Caroline

Remember to comment, a random winner will win a $25 gift certificate to shop at Heartfelt Creations. The hop closes Friday the 27th at midnight. The winner will be announced Saturday, Sept 28th at noon!
Enjoy the hop!

STV's Center Stage Spotlight Group Hop -Inspiration Challenge

Hello, here I am with STV's Alumni CSS Inspiration Challenge for September - it's gorgeous and provided by our wonderful team mate Joy Hadden!
Can you believe Autumn is here...love it! love the cooler weather and the beautiful colors. I colored this one using pencils with a touch of Smooch - Snickerdoodle.
I used Melanie Muenchinger's set from GKD - "Stately Flowers 7" and the little acorn used to create the background is from Melanie's set "A Year of Leaves".

Now you should have come from the wonderful blog of Kay Simmons but if not and you want to start from the beginning, go to STV's forum . Your next stop is over to the hugely talented blog of Miesje Flach!.

My cardstocks, ribbon, ink (Memento-Rich Cocoa, Peanut Brittle) can all be found at GKD (I think the ribbon is from a retired STV kit) and then of course I have to add my pearls using Viva Decor Pearl Pen - black...distressed the edges, spellbinder's deckle edge classic ovals LG... and done!

Hope you were inspired and we see you in the challenge!
