Speedy the Cat Challenge #83

Welcome Weekend!
is everyone now sick of turkey !! Hope your Thanksgiving was awesome!

This week at the Speedy the Cat Challenge Blog ...Design Team member "ME" LOL..has challenged everyone to create the dreaded "masculine" card !!

It's a busy time for everyone, so being short on time I created another quick n easy card - not CAS - but definitely easy!
used the MFP Set  "Christmas in the Country"

Cardstock is from MFP but designer paper is from My Minds Eye...white embossed on black scrap strip, embossed the vanilla panel with CB's "herringbone" and "candy cane stripes"...stash brads and twine "ribbon" (dont know what to call it)....lightly sponged vanilla panel
DONE!

I am SO looking forward to seeing what masculine cards are entered in the challenge - trust me, I will be casing them all  (big smile here) and the random winner receives a FREE MFP set!!

enjoy what's left of your holiday ...now onto Christmas!!!
hugs

Linda--what a great masculine card. I think I'm gonna have to CASE this and make it a b-day card! Just love it! TFS

Hi Linda! Yes! I don't want to even LOOK at any more turkey LOL
I totally agree as well with the "dreaded" part. Men are difficult to buy for let alone creating for. But, this is so beautiful!! The embossing adds a nice touch and the images are perfect!
Well, have a nice wknd!!

Hey Linda, did you have fun with your family??? I am not tired of turkey yet but Rick is,lol. But then he's not the one cooking! I love your card...I too am in to fast Christmas cards. I set up unexpectedly at the local craft fair last weekend and since it wasn't planned, I sold a lot of cards that I was sending out, lol. I really love moose and this is just perfect for those that love the outdoors. Great job.
hugs, Patti
