Welcome Weekend!!
This week the Speedy the Cat Challenge Blog challenges us to create " a winter theme"..
Well my inspiration is our CRA-ZEE weather - we had a snow storm on 10-29 and then 60 degrees on 10-31...go figure!
so here is my very confused little bird!
This is from the MFP set "Little Birds with big Mouths"...
I masked off the flowers and added the holly from the "Ginger Cookies" set....
I'm not sure if these sets are still available - MFP is under new ownership and there have been some changes. RIGHT NOW there is an awesome 25% sale going on...pop over and grab some goodies!!! and check out the rest of the Design Team's projects.
hope to see your project in the challenge this week (-:

WOW! Love the snow & glitter on this fluffy birdie's house!
Your little birdie looks as confused as you must be -- crazy weather! Love that shiny bow and ribbon accent!
no wonder he's confused, he's wondering what that white stuff is?? hehe Gorgeous card!! White stuff and all
Sorry you got the snow, but glad it was in your part of the state and not mine, just not ready for that, but at least this time of year it's not around long. I love the greenery with the birdhouse, great creative touch. Your layered dies are just the right frame for this beautiful image. Enjoy your weekend, we are off to shoot sporting clays at a friends in a bit.
I really don't like that 4 letter s word! They keep saying we're going to get it... but so far it has stayed in the mountains (0= Super awesome card GF!
Br-r-r-r That little birdie looks cold. You did a great job making this a winter scene. Like Patti said, our part of the country hasn't had snow yet, but it is very cold out this morning.
Oh, Linda...this is STUNNING!!! SO beautifully done!!!
The snowstorm missed up (only cold rain!) and I'm NOT looking forward to winter!
