I love the beach! dont care for the bathing suit part...but at 59 and holding...it is what it is!!!
Love sitting in the sand, under an umbrella, comfy beach chair, good book, something cold to drink, all lotioned up, nice breeze....oh this sounds good....and my SUPER big sunglasses! I mean they are big and I love 'em because I also love to watch people!!!
yep, I'm a "people watcher" and love my glasses because I can turn my head slightly but still be looking in a different direction so people dont know....I'm watchin ya...LOL
so when two of Gina's new releases were the beach....yep! SOLD...just managed to get them cut and here's my first one.
This is for Vicki's sketch challenge - she really made it easy on us. I pretty much just stayed true to the sketch.
The image and sentiment are from GKD's "Gifts From the Sea" by Melanie. The background is the Spellbinders Impressabilities Stencil "Sea Scape".
These stencils are very simple to use, inked it up with SU's Craft White pigment (can also use dye)...then using my cuttlebug, stacked A, B, put my cardstock (GKD-Sand) on plate, laid the stencil (ink side down) onto the paper, added tan mat, shim, top B plate and ran it through...love the look BUT then did another step that you have to enlarge the picture to see..added Versamark Champagne Dazzle all over the entire mat!
IRL - it's so sparkly !!!
Have a blessed day! (don't we wish it was at the beach!!)
