What's in your closet?

This is Gina's challenge this week...go through your closet - see what treasure you find! Well, I did that...not really thinking I was going to find anything that I didnt know was in there.   WRONG! I moved a small box of old inks (note to self: throw away) and there was my "recipe album" FULL of Cuttlebug cutting dies!!! I am embarrased to say I havent even given them a second thought - until I spied this album. The butterfly on my card was done with one of the cutting dies.
Now it really is official - I have too much "stuff"...pretty bad when you don't even remember owning them until you find them!!!

I used the "shaving cream" technique for the background. Really love it IRL so kept this card very simple.

here's a picture of the album...see what I mean - I'm not talking about 1 or 2...how could I forget all of these?
thinkin I will just chalk it up to old age...sounds better than "greedy"  LOL

have a wonderful Sunday,

Hi Linda,
The results of this shaving effect is wonderful. The butterfly is gorgeous - how could you forget that you had so many goodies? I look forward to seeing what else you produce with these rediscovered items.

Good Morning Linda :) I can totally relate to you - as I am cleaning and packing my stamp room for the move, I am finding too many things that I have forgotten about. Maybe we should make it a point to venture back into the closet more often? Your card is stunning and so glad you found your cutting dies :) Have a beautiful Sunday!

That's funny, I can't believe you forgot you had that many. I do have to admit that I have done the same thing before. At least you didn't forget you had them and then bought them again! Great, I really love that background, great colors.

Linda- you are to busy (never to old)...forgetting your dies! LOL - I don't know, should the industry slow down making all the goodies......NOPE! Love your card - you had great success with the shaving technique!!
