Sugar Creek Hollow Challenge

Hi there!
Welcome to another Sensational Saturday at Sugar Creek Hollow. This week we want you to make a vintage or shabby chic project ...with the theme...

ONE FOR THE GUYS

This was unusual timing for me...you see an older gentleman at our church passed away this week. He loved donkeys and mules and has quite a few. So I found this image online and added the text....
the inside is our condolence to the family

this image looks like it could have been taken right at his home

the background is a 1998 background stamp from Stampin Up..
does that count as "stamp hoarding" (-:
i used jute to create the rope and added to the button...
stamping and sponging done with Memento's Toffe Crunch and Rich Cocoa

enjoy your weekend.
hugs

Hey Linda - seeing that this time next year we will have chickens, two little goats and one little donkey, I am particularly appreciative of your very nice card!!!!!

Lovely card Linda and perfect for the family...he did love his mules :) As to being a hoarder, well that was a FAB background stamp so I don't think that counts as hoarding!!!
