Designing DIVAs First Challenge for 2010
yes! I'm doing it....catching up on some challenges! This one was just for the Designing Diva's and the challenge is to sew on a card - real or faux! Well, our DIVA sister Peggy has this "humongous" dog that apparently has eaten the sewing machines of several of the Divas...so we just "had" to resort to faux stitchin' (can you tell we were having fun with this LOL)....so when I think of sewing on a card...I always reach for my trusty Inspiration Mosaic stamp (from Gina K).....

Linda, totally awesome card. I love how you made it look like patchwork with the different papers and the "stitching". Tthe paper pieced vase is a really great touch to tie it all together.
The colors on your card nicely match each other. Sewing different colors togather brings out your beautiful embellishments. Wonderful way to shine!
