havent pulled out any Magnolia's in a long time...and in the mood to do something different...so here it is!
I have found with my friends they either really love the Magnolia's or dont care for them at all...has to do with the "no mouth" thing....I do like them...also like Amish dolls that dont even have a face!!! LOL
yep, I know....did a really dumb thing!!! stamped and colored her first and THEN cut her out with nestie...cutting off the ends of her shoes!!! oh well, hopefully the person I send this to won't notice...she doesn't make cards...but lesson learned !!!! Trust Me!!
It really bugs me but not going to do her over.....but it really bugs me :)))
have a wonderfully blessed day,

Oh my goodness Linda.. I had to chuckle when I read this post.. I might have been the one who started that 'no mouth' stuff!! So sorry! But your card is darling and no one will notice the shoes. Hugs, Peggy
You make me laugh. The cutting off the feet would really bug me too, but I hadn't noticed untill you pointed it out!
Beautiful card! I love this image (:
I love it, wouldn't of known about her shoes if you hadn't mentioned it.......and one thing about her,she doesn't talk to much LOL
Hi Linda,
No mouth is one thing but no toes is something completely different. Lol. I would never have noticed if you had kept quiet about it - there is so much else on the card to take up the attention. LOvely image, beautiful colours and fantastic flowers.
Hugs,

I didn't even notice the tips of her shoes were missing. I have a couple Amish dolls too with no face but no magnolias go figure LOL But I love your card. Love how you did the flowers up the side.
Linda, this is so pretty!! I love Magnolia's, but I too have Friends who don't like them because of the no mouth. I think that's what makes them so cute!! I have done the same thing with cutting things off. I honestly didn't notice it. I love the flowers you added to the side it really makes the card.
Hugs,
Angela
So precious! I didn't even notice her shoes! Now they're ballerina shoes! LOL! Super cute card!

I was really admiring this pretty card and didn't notice the shoes either. You have added so many pretty embellishments, no one will even notice.
awww, please don't let it bug you. It is sooo pretty! I was staring at the picture and totally did not notice the shoes until I read your post :) The card is perfect!!!

soo cute! I am glad I am not the only one who sometimes has these little oopsies! I wuoldnt have noticed it though!
Gorgeous coloring- for me it is not the lack of a mouth, it is the coloring and knowing about shading and all of that. I am practicing, practicing, practicing! lucky for me, there are people like you who are really good at coloring that I can learn from!!!
Linda, shhhh.....no one will notice her shoes. At least she has feet! Poor no mouth thing!! LOL!You did an awesome job with this project! Great color and accents! I know Mondays are long days for you so take a deep breath and keep inspiring us! Blessings to you!
She's adorable and so what about no shoes? Not good to be too critical you know :). Now no mouth is more of a problem LOL! It took a while, but I've come around to Tildas and their lack of mouth
Beautiful card!
