Colors of Winter

This week's color challenge from Shannon over on Stamp TV is "to create a card inspired by the colors of winter"...so I thought about this and decided to take my inspiration from the trees outside my craft window.

By winter, their leaves are gone and the wood colors are brown and green...then the snow arrives...and you only see the bare trees (it's beautiful)...finally, snow is gone and now we can see some sunlight but with fog!!! and..... a little bit of green around the pines!

so there are my colors of winter!  SO READY FOR SPRING !!!

have a blessed Sunday! :-)

Details:
Stamps: GKD's "Tree Silhouettes" and "Warm Winter Wishes", mini grass/leaves unknown, inside sentiment fr G studio
Paper: GKD's Spruce, Chocolate, Apple, digi print
Ink: Vivid's Lettuce and Rhubarb, SU's Hunter Green, and Memento Black
Embellishment: glaze pen, puffy paint for snow, stickles
Technique: nesties, sponging, masking

I think its wonderful what you can do with colour! Creating the seasons like you did there.
Can I ask what you used to colour them?

Very neat how the three panels are setup and all different!

Very pretty, I love that you used different colors on each panel, just like the colors would change from your window based on the time of day or weather.

Love your card. That is what it looks like her in the Pacific Northwest since we have had virtually no snow this year. Oh well we had over 6 feet last year. TFS
