Sugar Creek Hollow "Vintage or Shabby Chic" challenge

Hi there!
Welcome to another Sensational Saturday at Sugar Creek Hollow. This week we want you to make a vintage or shabby chic project ...with the theme...

LOVELY LACE

Since 2013 is about "new" stuff for me - check this out...that background design is not an embossed folder. I used a stamp and brushed gesso on the stamp and stamped it.. Let it dry and then lightly sponged with Memento ink!

something new and I like-y!!!

Verse is from new set "Hymns" by Nina Brackett over at the Crafts Meow...

C'mon and join us! Let's see your gorgeous lace projects!

PS: I'm still in North Carolina - daughter and husband have arrived home from their trip as high school chaperons to Disney World (rough life huh!) - but a dear, dear friend went home to be with the Lord on Thursday (he was 86) and his funeral is Saturday afternoon...so I'm headed home early am

hugs,
