Welcome Weekend!!
This week the Speedy the Cat Challenge Blog challenges us to create "using SCRAPS only"...right up my alley (-:
using MFP's newly released set "Cardinals in Winter"
used 1.25" square punch and stash designer paper (so glad to be using my old dp! have not been letting myself buy new until I have used at least half of what I have...but broke down and bought some more at Hobby Lobby that was on sale 40% - just couldn't resist KWIM!!) along with MS pine branch punch and scraps of old olive cardstock....the squares are matted onto MFP's Evergreen and white base cardstock. Used MFP's gorgeous green ribbon, stash button and candy cane twine...sentiment is stamped in Memento Black, used SU punch and lightly sponged edges with Ranger's Peeled Paint Green. Image is colored with Copics YG63, R27, 29, 59, Y28 and matted with Spellbinders Classic Scalloped Large.
Come on and play with us! the random winner receives a FREE SET FROM MFP!!!
oh yeah!....thats what I'm talkin about (-:

Love your green card stock Linda. I like you keep every piece of green to use with my Martha Stewart Branch punch. It comes in handy. This card is just gorgeous. Well done.

What a great card, Linda!! I think most of us are paper addicts!! I could make a lot of cards just using scraps..hey..that's an idea!!
