Speedy the Cat's Challenge #70

Welcome Weekend!!
This week the Speedy the Cat Challenge Blog challenges us to create using lace on our project!  A favorite embellishment!

used two different laces - and paper pieced my "PINK" black eyed Susan's...creative liberty!! LOL

ps -when you see this Saturday... I am so glad I had this autoposted - still no internet at home...saying hi to everyone from work computer (I'm on a short break)....miss getting around to comment and missing seeing everyone's blogs....hope all stay safe with this hurricane rolling in...WOW - what a week! The Lord is sure shaking things up and wetting things down...so glad He has this all under control...
With all the tremors we've had ...our garage concrete floor finally succumbed and cracked...add its repair to the never-ending Honey Do list...that never gets done (-:

Beautiful, Linda! Those flowers are just gorgeous - must have taken forever to fussy cut them!

Wow, you must have been really close to the epicenter of that earthquake - how crazy was that? I'm thanking God that the hurricane missed Miami and praying for those in it's path. It's been quite a wild week, huh? Glad to know you are okay!

Linda, you've colored those flowers just right, and there's such dimension and shadow with them, I love it. The soft green background you created is also gorgeous, as are your laces. And I'm sorry your garage floor cracked some more -- we've had cuh-razy weather here in the East, haven't we??

Linda, Sorry you have no internet at home, hope things are somewhat better. Pretty scary having a earthquake and then a hurricane all in one week. Just love the way you colored your flowers and the 3D look is stunning not sure what is in the middle but it looks great. You take care.
