Speedy the Cat's Challenge #67

Hi there,
This week the Speedy the Cat Challenge Blog challenges us to create
a standard size card! Wellllll now really...does it get any easier LOL
UPDATE: nope doesnt get any easier than that BUT that's not the challenge!!! what a dunder head I am...the challenge was "to create anything BUT a standard size card...
now dont I feel totally ridiculous!! LOL
dont think I've gotten a challenge wrong before ... blaming it on turning 60 (-:

I chose the gorgeous MFP Natures Postage Stamp Set
I can't give a whole lot of details because I forgot that I am spending "Friday night camp out with my grankids" and my writeup is at home ....I'm not! LOL
posting this from work before I leave so it will be here for challenge Saturday morning....
so sometime Saturday evening I will get back here and post the details!!!

as promised - here are the details for this card....which was NOT the challenge :(

On the black panel, after dry embossing I colored with Faber Castell's Gelato pink (given to me by Jennie Harper ..and now I'm hooked on yet another product....this hobby is never ending supplies !!) the butterfly on the postage stamp was clear embossed...not paper pieced...did the embossing directly on the image after I colored it.

cardstock - from MFP
ink - Ranger's Vintage Photo (sponged edges) and Vivid Black
Spellbinder - Long Classic Scalloped Rectangles Lg
Cuttlebug - Victorian folder
Pearls - created with Pearl Pen (lilac)
Copics- Y06, G85, RV02, 34
stash seam binding

now you can see why I couldnt remember these details - hey!!! I didnt even have the challenge right!
never live this one down (-%

hope you get to play - remember the random winner receives a FREE stamp set
