Hi there,
Well, I'm working on vintage and what better way to "flex my muscles" than entering in a vintage challenge. Made this one for the challenge over at Sugar Creek Hollow which is "vintage Christmas"...
OK, DT for Sugar Creek and everyone else- please let me know what you think, what I can improve, not do, etc.... used cutout images from the gorgeous Graphic 45 Design Paper "Christmas Past" collection
have yet to find a small ticket template so made my own using the SU corner punch
Ok, ready for the reviews (-: really want to do vintage well
hugs,
supplies:
cs - MFP's Aged Cranberry, Black
ink - Memento black, Ranger's Aged Mahogany

Linda, I think this is beautiful!! VERY vintage-y! I can't think if anything that could improve on it!! GREAT job!
oh my friend, I am so happy to see you playing at SCH this week....your card is perfect. Love the wonderful design paper and what a wonderful focal image!! The ornament layered with that gorgeous lace is the tops. Thanks for joining in.

it's perfect, I wouldn't change a thing!!!!
I really love this card. Reminds me of an Ole-time Christmas. Thank you for sharing.
Love it! I don't think you need to change a thing either.
I am very impressed and wouldn't change a thing either. I love the image (especially since it is the same as mine - great minds think alike - LOL) and your background paper is fabulous. The lace, homemade ticket and other embellishments are perfect. Great job and thanks for joining us at Sugar Creek Hollow.
Big Hugs!

This is a beautiful vintage looking card Linda. I think you have vintage down pat! Love the background paper which adds such interest and that wonderful lace. Thanks for playing in the Sugar Creek Hollow challenge this week.
sweet image and like the ribbon and lace combo, very pretty!
Love your vintage card...perfect elements and great use of them in the card. Love how you used the DP. Since I am new to trying vintage I am not the one to critique your card, but I like what I see. I think it is right on!
