nothing to post :-(

I can't believe that I still have to stay here! thought I was getting to go home this morning...but nope! new storm with anywhere from 12-20 inches is coming in tonight!!!  Enough already!!!!
I'm actually at my office now, but our inter-office network just went down so they are waiting to take me to the motel...oh well! that's what happens when your normal commute is 1-1/2 hours one way!! They are afraid something major would happen at one of the properties and they wouldnt be able to get me to the property to oversee "whatever"...although with this storm, there is a real worry about roof cave-ins!

for those of you new to snow, take your brooms or whatever, and at least try to knock off as much snow as possible from edge of your roof. This will let some of it slide off when it starts to melt. If you are getting more snow tonight, that weight will also help some of the snow slide where you managed to get it off the edge of your roof....and knock off those icicles!  just had one tenant standing under edge waiting for her ride, and she was "stabbed" (her words lol) by a really huge icicle! she was crying but fortunately had her big coat on....

unless I'm home and dont have to go out in this mess....I HATE SNOW!
At home, DH was without power since Saturday until last night....nothing has busted thank goodness....but I miss him and my home and my stamps....i sound like a big baby I know!!!

I am praying to get to go home Thursday!!! hope they have roads cleared by then
Be safe in all of this....
(Olga, thought you were feeling better -bummer that you arent... rest there GF and keep stampin')
Will get around to visit everyone hopefully tonight!

Sounds dangerous! We get some snow, but never that much. Praying it dries up soon and you get to go back home. Hang in there! *Ü*

Hi Linda,
I'm really sorry your still stuck away from home. It can't be funny particularly when you are the one all others will be looking to if there's a problem. Please take great care and don't take any chances trying to get home. It's times like this that huuby quotes "I have learned in whatsoever state I am, therewith to be content" - not easy sometimes.
Special hugs,
Your friend Fiona x

Sorry to hear Linda!! We had all of that snow in December here in Wisconsin. Last year during one of our storms I stayed overnight at work. Got to sleep in a hospital bed!! I should say I laid in a hospital bed, because it was hard to sleep. Hope you get home soon. Be careful!!!

Hey Linda! You are ONE dedicated Lady! I admire you for sticking with it! (not that you have a lot of choice, right?!?) Take care of you and hopefully this will be the last big one for this season! Taking my hat off to you and blessing your heart! Blessings to hubby, too! This can't have been easy on him either! Love ya, Girl!

Hiya my friend! Yep snow just stinks! We are working on our new 2' of snow. Hubby is exhausted from shoveling and blowing. It is heavy, heavy snow. They have closed down all the major roads and the high winds have started. DH had to go bang it off all the bushes as they were crushed to the ground. I really hope you get to go home soon. I guess there are worse things. We need the power to stay on!!!!! Stay warm, Linda!
