Lace and Circle

Hello, beginning of another week (let's hope with no snow !) and for this week's challenge over on Paper Cupcakes, Design Team member Selma has challenged us to  "Pick any Image" from Paper Cupcakes and to use lace (either paper punched or real) and a circle (the main image and/or greeting stamped in a circle).

I sewed my lace on...should have used red thread - not only would that have added to the card... but it would have shown in the picture!
Used SU's Real Red plus scrap stash dp and GKD's asparagus.
Colored with Copics E00, E02, E11, E35, E74, YG67 and prisma watercolor "crimson red" with OMS.

Home today for President's Holiday, woooo hooooo!!!!
maybe I'll put my Christmas tree away (good thing it's fake!) or maybe not....still feelin stampin starved from last week....(and hey! it's only a small tree) LOL....

I am behind again on visiting everyone - will see you this morning along with my coffee!

Have a blessed day!

Hi Linda,
I love the lace on your card. It's beautiful and sets the image off. They look really sweet with that heart between them and the spotted paper is so appropriate.
Enjoy you day off - you deserve it after last week.
Hugs,

Love the colors in this card, Linda! So cute! Glad you get an extra day to be at home! I hope you have seen the last of the snow for a long while. All we are getting is sleet right now. Glad schools are out. Enjoy some extra stamping time! Blessings to you!

Linda what a charming card - I love how you added your lace to either side of the doubled image - very clever. The red circle really makes your card pop too.

Very cute Linda. I like how you added the lace. The circles in the background really bring out the design. You deserve an extra day off after all you have been through and you should spend it stamping. Love to see all your creations.

Pretty, pretty, pretty! I'm lovin' that you put the lace on both sides! It just frames Nina's image beautifully! Great job, my friend! And I love your card using Theresa's new set as well - what a fun set to color! Once again perfection with both rubber stamps and digi's!!!
