Heartfelt Creations Alumni November Hop

Hi there, Welcome to Heartfelt Creation's Alumni Team November Blog Hop! It's always anything goes and we love it!

Supplies:

Kraft Card stock
Memento ink - Black
Cheesecloth
Viva Decor Pearl Pens - white and gold
Heartfelt Creation dies - HCD 701 and HCD 711
Heartfelt Creation Stamp set - HCPC 3352 Bright Christmas and HCPC 3553 Peaceful night
Viva Decor 3-D Stamp paints - Moss Green, Light Blue, Carmine Red, Gold, Walnut Brown, Copper
Glitter pen (green, red), Distress Marker - Picket Fence and Stickles
Decorative corner punch

Using only Kraft card stock - cut card base 5 x 5 and covered with Copper paint.
Cut 4.75 x 4.75 card stock and covered with Walnut, Green, Blue and Gold. Also stenciled with the gold the flourish die reverse mat from cutting it out with Cuttlebug. Punched corners. Matted this to card base.
Sponged same colors onto cheesecloth and attached to card.
Stamped the sentiment, used paper punch circle and attached to card.
Sponged the blue onto flourish die cutout and attached to card.
Sponged the posies die cutout with Carmine red and gold. Then stamped small image from set Peaceful night onto several flowers. Also had some small leaves from another Heartfelt set (but I don't have it, used a friend's) and sponged them with the Moss Green.
Adhered the leaves and flowers.
Sponged buttons with gold and added gold fiber
Colored holly on sentiment with glitter pen and highlighted areas with Ranger's Distress Marker
Added pearls with Viva Pens
and last is some Stickles in the cheese cloth.

STV's Center Stage Spotlight Group Hop - "Thankful" Challenge

Welcome to our "Thankful" challenge...

If you are hopping in order - you should have come from teammate Lori McAree's blog. If not, and you want to start at the beginning, then go HERE to start from STV.

My cards are using sets from Theresa Momber. She is absolutely a fav with a-MAZE-ing talent (-:

This first one is using the set "The Northwoods". Using direct to card method with GKD's Powder Blue card stock, Memento's Nautical Blue which is stamped over Ranger's Distress Paint - Pickett Fence...added stickles for some bling...

Second card is using Theresa's  "By the Sea" set with the sentiment from the Northwoods set (love that tiny "Thanks").  Colored water with Copic B23, sponged the sky, stamped bridge with Memento's Rich Cocoa, Card stock is GKD's Chocolate Kiss, SU Night of Navy, Designer paper is from GKD, spellbinder ovals, embossed little panel and added pearls with Viva Decor Pearl Pen - white, and ribbon is stash from GKD.

I used this adorable image provided by Stamp Fairy  

Using this gorgeous card stock from Paper Temptress (hope you can see its glitter) I white embossed my sentiment and snow flakes (unknown who made them, have them in my box of random winter miscellaneous stamps). 

Then printed this adorable image from Stamp Fairy and fussy cut it out. Covered the bottom of the card with Distress Paint dauber - Picket Fence and then applied my image.

TTCRD "Anything Goes" Challenge - Nov 5-11th

Love this image I chose from Nicecrane Designs ...their images are soooo easy to color or you can leave them black n white or print in sepia...Check them out!

Used black cardstock and designer paper from Graphic 45's Twelve Days of Christmas.
Sponged edges of cardstock and edges of designer paper with Viva Decor 3-D stamp paint - Carmine and then some of the 3-D Gold towards the center. Added a strip of lace matted onto a piece of the reverse side of the designer paper. Image is colored with Pan Pastels and Pencil chalks...finished it off with Viva Decor's Pearl Pen - Ice White.

OMG, Paper Temptress generously sent some cardstock for a few of the designers in the OWH blog hop (post is below) and in it was THE most FABULOUS cardstock. I rarely share cardstock or products but had to share this... took a picture of two of my favs ...her sparkly white and this gorgeous blue! The Blue is called Abysse and you can get it here ..hope you can see the sparkly lusciousness in this pic...

There is other stuff there too....but just fell in love with this...

Operation Write Home Card Drive Hop!

We brought our creativity together in the hopes that we would inspire you to join us (DT members) in doing a good deed!

Most of you know our men and women from the armed forces are deployed all over the world. Sometimes these men and women are in places that make it very hard,or they’re far away from where they can pick up a sweet card to send a quick note home. Luckily,they have OPERATION WRITE HOME (OWH). OWH is a non-profit organization that sends special boxes filled with cards to soldiers all over the world. How can you help OWH keep the good deed going? By creating cards!!! Yes! OWH angels receive tons of handmade cards from crafters all over the world,then they check and organize cards to be sent out to our soldiers. Take a look at some of their own words about OWH packs:

Now we would love for you to join us to help OWH. We thought it would be amazing fun to do a blog hop to inspire you!
